A homeless man is reunited with a lost dog.
A homeless man was recently reunited with his lost pooch according to the Facebook page titled ‘Help Find Handover’. James Bryan is the pet owner.
He received the canine as a gift and they have been inseparable for the past five years, even after Bryan lost his property and vehicle. The pair was forced to live on the streets.
One May 8th, Bryan awoke to find his pooch was missing. He stated “Handover is my best friend. He's my heart and soul. If anybody sees him, please bring him home.”
A well-meaning couple soon found and returned the dog. The pooch was sent to the vet for medications and a microchip. Both Bryan and Handover are now staying in a hotel room thanks to monetary contributions from good-hearted citizens.
In another report, a Marine Sergeant from Wisconsin was recently reunited with a female yellow lab. The pair met in Afghanistan where 25-year-old Ross Gundlach was working as a dog handler. After he left active duty, Gundlach began taking measures to adopt the 4-year-old pooch named Casey.
