DuPont Co (DD.N) reported a drop in second-quarter earnings on Tuesday. Despite the fall in quarterly profit, the chemical maker said it was looking to sell or spin off its performance chemicals unit. Shares rose 4.09 percent to $59.51 in morning trade.
