Inder Singh from Badoli village witness of Uttarakhand disaster.

He says "We built a new house this year and within the same year my house was washed away.

One of my grandsons is very sick. He is in Apollo hospital, Delhi due to kidney failure. We all went there. Only my granddaughter was here. She left the house in the afternoon but she couldn't save the things in the house. I came here yesterday. I was here only when flood came. There was my house next to this tree. There were seven rooms in my house. Firstly this house (pointing) after that my house was washed away around 11 in the morning from here...... I was just watching it helplessly. We didn't get any help. No one is giving us rations. People who are not affected are getting help from the relief camp but we are not getting anything. We are staying at a neighbor's house."
