Himalayan baker baking bread in Landour, Mussoorie.

The bread contains Atta, Yeast powder, water and other ingredients.

These ingredients form a dry dough which the baker kneads and then lets sit for a while. After it has sat for a while without being touched it is kneaded again, then let alone to sit again and then put in a mould to be put in the oven.

This baker works for Mr. Anil Prakash at his shop A. Prakash and Company. They sell freshly baked bread (along with many other things) to the people in Landour!
