Narendra Modi was felicitated for the creation of the new district Gir-Somnath. During speech Narendra Modi attacked on the Central Government and it's disability to act against the poor treatment meted out by Pakistan to the Indian fishermen. He criticized UPA Government for its failure to bring back fishing boats belonging to Indian fishermen that are with Pakistan.
