A Siberian tiger called Rasputin attacked and killed its keeper with a bite to the neck in a zoo in Munster in western Germany. It's understood the keeper was about to clean the animal's enclosure when the incident happened.

Visitors witnessed what happened and alerted the police. Officials are trying to recreate the events surrounding the accident.
