I am considering filing for bankruptcy, but am worried about damaging my husband's credit. My husband has really good credit. I have also heard that when you file for bankruptcy they can come after you and take your assets. Is this true? If so, can they take these assets from my husband? I have absolutely nothing in my name; everything is in his name.
