With less than six months to go before the football World Cup, Brazil is trying to clean up Rio De Janeiro's image.

It has increased police presence in hundreds of shanty towns.

But most people living in the city are fighting what they see as a stereotype of their neighbourhoods.

Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from Rio.
