The Kenyan government has been looking for new ways to identify suspected criminals. There's been pressure to increase security after the Westgate Mall siege in September. Now, the government is turning to traditional community policing. Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from the town of Loitokitok in Southern Kenya.
