It's time for my favorite game mode in NBA Jam, Backboard Smash. If you don't know how it's played, it's simple. Slam dunks cause damage to the opponents backboard. Each backboard has it's own endurance meter. The first team to shatter the backboard wins. Sinking baskets cause very little damage, but dunking while on fire causes the most. You must dunk to finish off the backboard.
