A kindergartner attending Santa Fe Elementary School in Cleburne, Texas told her mother that two boys sexually assaulted her in the school bathroom.

Most parents consider schools to be a fairly safe place for their kids.

A kindergartner attending Santa Fe Elementary School in Cleburne, Texas told her mother that two boys sexually assaulted her in the school bathroom.

When she had entered the restroom, the two boys followed and turned off the lights. One held her down while the other, in her words, ‘did stuff’ to her.

The young girl also said that the boys had done this to her once before and were responsible for attacks on at least 4 other girls.

The assailants mentioned by the girl are each under the age of 10.

The school sent out a notice alerting parents of the incident and assuring them that the Cleburne Police, and Child Protective services are all looking into the matter.

However, police have since confirmed that the case has been dropped and turned it over to Child Protective Services as the accused are under the age of criminal responsibility.

Meanwhile, the victim’s mother withdrew her daughter from Santa Fe Elementary immediately upon learning of the assault.
