The streets of a once-popular tourist destination in Bosnia and Herzegovina have become an eyesore. The city of Mostar is now lined with garbage. The rubbish has been building up on the streets because employees of the local council's refuse disposal company, Komos Mostar have been on strike. Sonia Gallego explains how clean-up efforts have become a political sticking point.
