Homs evacuations resume amid fear

It is proved to be a stop-start operation that has had to evade mortar shelling, and reach agreements with both the military and rebel fighters.

But aid supplies are again being taken into the beseiged Syrian city of Homs and civilians are being allowed to come out.

About 3000 people have been trapped there for more than a year, living in desperate conditions.
