For most meat eaters, nothing curbs a bout of hunger like a nice juicy steak. One woman from Nebraska named Molly Schuyler certainly knows how to enjoy a good steak, but she doesn’t exactly take her time eating it.

Schuyler recently gobbled down a 72 ounce steak in 4 minutes and 48 seconds. That time frame labels her as the winner of the Big Texan Steak Challenge which was held in Amarillo, Texas.

Just to make sure everyone knows she’s a diehard eater, Schuyler ate another 72 ounce steak right after the first one in a little under 10 minutes. If you put all those ounces together, that means she devoured over 9 pounds of meat in less than 15 minutes.

Schuyler isn’t exactly new to the fast-paced steak consuming world. She is a professional competitive eater. In January of this year, she accomplished another feat. She set a Wing Bowl record when she ate 363 chicken wings over the duration of a half an hour.

As a result of that competition, she was named Wing Bowl 22 champion and took in $22,000 as a reward.
