true exhaustion
demands respect,
we can work write

in spring fever but
our body demands,
respect care rest

being excessively tired
can be symptom dangerous,
too easily timed out

nurture efficiency
time management skills,
sacrifice focus target

responsibilities goals
complete as necessary,
all far-reaching tasks

all these diverse things
you know and do already,
skills so many will not

use develop properly
take time to complete,
all things professionally
