A cop in Chandigarh was dragged for 300 metres from the car's bonnet for doing his duty. Constable Sandeep Kumar tried to fine the accused driver who assaulted the cop as he attempted to flee. While the accused has been arrested, the honest cop is recovering from his injuries.
