After the success of the first edition held in the last October, DaTE came back for its second issue from 11th to 13th October. The exclusive appointment with the international and independent eyewear collections hosted approximately 110 top-notch brands from all over the world.
The event, born from the collaboration between The WHITE Club and Caretti Consulting, owes its name to the Japanese cutlure, in which wearing a pair of sunglasses is synonymous with joy: the guys in the Land of the Rising Sun use fake glasses as a fashion item, worn as any other accessory.
To the contemporary and independent eyewear WHITE has also dedicated an event held at Punto Ottico Humaneyes, international reference point for eyewear, based in Milan, Veneto and Manhattan.
Some say the eyes are the mirror of the soul. Whether this is true or not, the eyes are one of the things that we look more in others and we hope that others will notice in us. Not considering diopters and visual defects that you may have, a useful and important accessory as the glasses are the best way to give proper emphasis to this aspect of our anatomy, they are able to point out in the right way the shape of an eye, enhance the color, but, in an era when there are other corrective methods, it is clear that they are also one of the possible expressions of our personality, perhaps even more than handbags or shoes.
