He was not spared the hatred they felt
For he looked like all the rest of his kind
They knew him without knowing him
He was judged without trial or jury
His back was flogged and then flogged some more
On the way to Calvary
Such a heavy cross was required
To carry the worlds sins
That he might die for man to live
They heard his voice and recognized his dialect
They profiled his headdress and his robe
He was crucified as a thief
He arose as the Holy Ghost
And so….
It is to him that on this day
I hereby commit my soul for eternity
As I dropp twenty one Oxycontin and drink
An entire bottle of rum…..
