Residents of the breakaway separatist regions of eastern Ukraine say they have been locked out of their bank accounts and businesses have been unable to process credit card transactions. This follows the decision of the Central Bank in Kiev to close the doors of all banks in the separatist held regions of the country in an effort to isolate the rebels.
