The Spanish Coast Guard rescued 47 Sub-Saharan migrants that were attempting to get to get to the coast of Andalusia, Spain through the Strait of Gibraltar; the migrants are reported to be in good condition, except for a 2-year old girl with symptoms of hypothermia. Bad weather in the area has caused the death of many African migrants who are try to get to Europe by sea as opposed to facing the hard visa policies of the European Union. teleSUR
