The Department of Justice (DOJ) will terminate all the accomplices of the convicted drug lord, Ruben Tiu. Tiu can go out of bounds in the prison farm in Sablayan in Mindoro. He is also able to 'sell' drugs with the jail guard that is assigned to watch him.
