Step 1 purchase the vehicle The Journey from Cache & Carry

Step 2 Request Pheonix to deliver the Journey and then block your garage door with it

Sep 3 Walk into your garage ( you should get no video sequence)

Step 4 Drive out the car your going to do the money glitch it should spawn down the street

Step 4 Drive to Los Santos and then purchase a Karin Rebel

Step 5 Call mechanic request delivery of the car as soon as you see the white car on the map

Step 6 Sell the car then go back to apartment and repeat
