Leaders of Latin American nations have been arriving in Brussels for this week’s summit meeting between the European Union and the Latin American and Caribbean regional bloc, CELAC. President Rafael Correa met with EU leader Donald Tusk before the two-day meeting aimed at strengthening relations between the nations on both sides of the Atlantic.
