MH370: Case against MAS to be heard Jan 12th

The court has fixed January 12th for the court case against Malaysian Airlines which was sued by family members of a man aboard flight MH 370.

According to lead counsel Arunan Selvaraj the defendants have to file their defense before December 15th.
