NGOs ABU and Hindraf, took their complaints to Suhakam over the incident on Jan 21 when their forum was disrupted by a gang of unruly youths.
The forum was organised at the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) Hall on Jalan Kebun.
One person was injured during the incident.
