With the launching of the Abir Qesheth Newsletter, the Aluph Abir began videotaping many combat speed demonstrations of various personal defense solutions that he will address in his Online Training Series. A few of many styles of knife attacks will be addressed including collar grabs with the blade facing different angles. The program will discuss the differences in the motivation of an attacker that slashes stabs or seeks to threaten and deter the victim from attempting to defend. Various lengths of the knives themselves and whether they are straight or curved will be taken into account and explained. This short clip is not a taste of the lessons that will be uploaded but a small taste of some of the situations that will be taught. The Aluf Abir will talk about reality in training with a partner and what type of practice knife one should use and why some varieties should be avoided.
