M Loganayagei, 34 who was allegedly elbowed and choked by a police officer during a commotion at the trial of P Uthayakumar yesterday, lodged a police report on the incident at the Brickfields police station.

The commotion occurred when the case was moved to another court, and Hindraf supporters were unhappy when they were not allowed into the new courtroom.
