Jumping lunges in 1 min. With your arms out in front of you parallel to the ground, start in a lunge position with your knee touching the ground, jump and switch to an opposite leg lunge position and touch your knee to the ground before you jump into the next repetition. You are not allowed to use your arms to assist you in the lunge. Your arms cannot touch your legs, your arms must remain in front of your body parallel to the ground. Keep your knee close to your heel when you are in the lunge position. Max out repetitions in 1 min.
