According to http://www.insidejobs.com/careers/coffee-taster, you only make up to 15-20k a year.. It would make an awesome part time or side job, but I wouldn't rely on it alone. You need to know your way around coffee and articulating your thoughts. You have to understand texture, tasting, and smell.
