Përfaqësuesi special dhe shefi i zyrës civile te BE-se ne Kosove, Samuel Zbogar, ka dhëne mbështetjen e tij për integrimin e Kosovës ne axhenden Evropiane. Diplomati slloven i cili merr për here te pare dy poste te rëndësishme ne Kosove, është shprehur i impresionuar nga pritja e ngrohte qe ju be nga krerët e institucioneve kosovare. Fillimisht ai u prit ne një takim nga presidentja e Kosovës Atifete Jahjaga me te cilën diskutoi për prioritet e Kosovës si reformat ne fushën e sundimit te ligjit, liberalizimin e vizave dhe dialogun me Serbinë. Ne konferencën e përbashkët për shtyp me kryeministrin Hashim Thaçi, Zbogar theksoi se synon te rrisë praninë evropiane ne Kosove. "Ne besojmë se e duam një Be te forte ne Prishtine. Misioni im është te kemi një Evrope te forte ne mënyre qe te ndihmojmë Kosovën te behet evropiane, dhe te vije ne Evrope. Ky është misioni qe do te ndjek ne muaj e ardhshëm bashke me qeverinë e Kosovës. Mendoj se këtë vit e kemi nisur mbare me fillimin e dialogut për liberalizimin e vizave, është shprehur Zogbar. I pyetur nga gazetaret për deklaratën e serbeve te veriut se do ta njohin pavarësinë nëse komunave veriore i caktohet një status special, kryeministri Thaçi dha këtë përgjigje: "Unë e mirëpres njohjen e Kosovës nga te gjithë, por Kosova është një dhe e pavarur".
