Pas deklaratës se projektin fitues për zgjerimin e Bulevardit "Zogu i pare" do ta zgjedhin vetë qytetarët, Bashkia e Tiranës, ka publikuar ne një ekspozite në Muzeun Kombëtar të gjitha projektet e prezantuara nga studiot e interesuara, mes te cilave dhe 2 te përzgjedhurat një dite me pare. Gjithashtu pjese e kësaj nisme janë edhe formularët të cilët të gjithë qytetaret e interesuar do të mund ti plotësojnë pasi të kenë parë projektet e ekspozuara. Gara për përzgjedhjen e projektit fitues parashikon zgjatim 1.7 km për bulevardin dhe 6.7 km rehabilitim të lumit të Tiranës.
