Deputeti socialist Taulant Balla ka pohuar se është një potencial i tërë pronash në këtë zonë, që po shiten në bashkëpunim me ministrinë e Ekonomisë nga ministri i Mbrojtjes Arben Imami. Për Ballën, potenciali dhe impakti i pronave te ushtrisë nuk e justifikon mënyrën me të cilën ato po vihen në shitje, si asete jo te vlefshme ekonomike.
