Problematika e dublimeve ka dominuar edhe raportin e dyte te auditeve te zgjedhur nga komisioni qendror i zgjedhjeve per monitorimin e listave te votuesve.
Ne raportin per muajin shkurt auditi i propozuar nga nënkryetari i KQZ Dashamir Cali ka theksuar se pastrimi i dublimeve po ecën ngadalë dhe sot ne lista ka 52 mije rekorde te dubluara nga 65 mije qe ishin ne muajin janar. Por krejt ndryshe është paraqitur situata nga Genti Malko audit i propozuar nga kryetarja e KQZ, i cili ka deklaruar se aktualisht jane 4800 dublime pavarësisht se ne janar ai kishte konstatuar 43 mije te tilla. Kjo eshte hera e dyte qe auditet e zgjedhur nga KQZ paraqesin raporte dhe shifra te ndryshme ne lidhje me problematiken e listave zgjedhore
