Dehradun, Mar 20 (ANI): Uttarakhand Parliamentary Affairs Minister Indira Hridayesh on Saturday said notices have been issued to the nine rebel Congress MLAs, asking them to explain as to why they should not be disqualified from the membership of the House. The rebel MLAs have been accused of violating the party whip and aligning with the Opposition BJP. She said that an anti-defection law has been issued in this regard, adding that the Congress would welcome the rebel MLAs in the party fold if they wanted to come back. The Congress Government in Uttarakhand is facing its biggest threat so far with nine MLAs joining hands with the BJP to form the government in the state.
