Recipe for: Chinese Crispy Pork

Ingredients:
300g Pork Fillet
2 Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1cm Ginger
20 Coriander Stems
1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1 Red Chilli Pepper
4 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Clear Honey
Salt to Taste

Methods:
1. Finely slice the ginger, garlic, spring onions and chilli pepper.
2. Cut the coriander stems into 1 inch in length.
3. Cut the pork into thin strips, place into a mixing bowl.
4. Add the cornflour and mix.
5. Deep fry the pork for 8 - 10 minutes until crispy.
6. Remove and drain the pork. Fry the ginger, garlic, chilli and black pepper and fry for few seconds.
7. Add the pork back into the wok.
8. Add the honey and salt and fry for few seconds.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion, coriander, then toss all together.
10. Transfer onto a dish and enjoy.
