With the relationship between police officers and citizens under strain in communities around the United States, a video such as this one, which shows proactive, positive community work, is more than welcome. Healthy, Ohio, heard some noise on the street, and when she went out to see what was happening, found a police officer playing with some kids, organizing a relay race for them, and giving a Slurpee to the winners.
