As relentless attacks on health workers and hospitals continue in Aleppo and only a handful of doctors remain in Syria's second largest city, the World Health Organization (WHO) issues a strong plea to alleviate the suffering of people there, and announces that the WHO and partners had a plan for medical evacuations.
