Potato Sandwich Recipe with Pizza herbs -:
Ingredients:
• Bread – 10 slices (1 packet)
• Potato - 4 medium sized
• Onion - 3 medium sized
• Ghee - 3 tsp
• Tomato sauce
• Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
• Coriander powder (Dhaniya) – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – ½ tsp
• Turmeric (Haldi) – 2 Pinch
• Salt - to taste
• Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp
• Pizza herb Masala – to taste.
Method:
1. Pressure cook potato until soft (for 4 whistles), peel off the skin.
2. Get ready with your potato and chopped onions. Now in a mixing bowl add the ingredients.
3. Mix it well then apply sauce and potato batter on bread then sprinkle pizza masala on it and cover it with another slice of bread which is covered with sauce.
4. Spread ghee on both outer side of bread. Put the pan on gas and roast till golden brown color.
5. Cut into half and Serve hot with sauce....crispy yummy…
