I was very skeptical when the rep claimed some of the products give instant results and made it clear to her that I'm very happy with my La Prairie products which I'm not going to replace. She said it is 100% fine and kept showing me. I must say that her knowledge and dedication was impressive but what got me to end up buying and trying those products was one sentence she said:" big cosmetic brands invest in branding, we invest in the ingredients", that made a whole lot of sense to me. Since I've started using those products I feel better and get many compliments so I guess I was lucky ...
