Libyan dissident can sue MI6 for abduction, UK court rules

A Libyan man who helped to lead the uprising against Colonel Gaddafi has been told he can sue Britain's secret service and a former UK foreign secretary. Abdul Hakim Belhaj says MI6 played a part in having him kidnapped and sent back to Tripoli.
