The Galaxy Note 7 fiasco appears to be history for Samsung. The electronics company had its highest profit jump in three years, and it now forecasting a 50 percent annual jump in first-quarter operating profit. Growing demand for memory chips and OLED displays from other smartphone makers are one of the main reasons for Samsung's strong comeback.
