One of the four Nirbhaya rape case convicts Vinay Sharma attempted suicide at the high security Tihar jail yesterday. Vinay is one of the four men sentenced to death for gang-rape, torture and killing of a Delhi medical student on 16th December 2012. Vinay allegedly took pills and tried to hang himself with a handkerchief. He is in hospital and out of danger.
