A security camera video has surfaced from China showing two elderly people narrowly avoiding being run down by an out-of-control car.

In the clip, which was captured in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province on July 9, the vehicle careers off the road towards a shop.

The two elderly people sitting outside the shop manage to dodge out of the way just in time.

A third person - a young man - was knocked over by the car by he escaped with only cuts and bruises, according to local media.
