Cooking instructions:

Before cooking: These lentils do not require soaking before cooking.

Allow 27 g per serving.

Place lentils in a saucepan and cover with cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil rapidly for 10 minutes uncovered. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.

After cooking: Drain well before serving.

All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. The cooked lentils may be frozen.
