Joint Base Andrews was placed on lockdown early Wednesday morning due to reports of an active shooting situation as a planned active shooter exercise was expected to take place. The base was scheduled to perform an active shooter exercise, however, the base said a "real-world active shooter situation" was reported. James Valles reporting (BNO News)
