Diver Jules Casey spotted a shy, googly-eyed octopus as it peeked curiously from a hole off Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, as seen in this video posted on May 25.

The stunning creature appears to be interested as Casey approaches, but then decides to retract itself into its sandy haven.
