Thirteen army personnel feared lost at sea were found early this morning some 12 kilometres away from the spot their boat capsized in rough seas late Saturday.

The commandos managed to right the boat, but the soldiers could not restart the boat's engine and after drifting for close to 30 hours, they finally washed ashore and were discovered by rescuers. — Reuters
