As fuel prices continue to torment the public, residents of Bihar close to the Nepal border have managed to figure out a jugaad of sorts to thwart the system. Instead of refuelling their vehicles, this side of the border, residents of Raxaul and Sitamarhi prefer to drive down to neighbouring Nepal to fill fuel.
