'Last week I noticed my roof turbine was dislodged and rain could enter my home. I called Ken the next day and he had a crew at my home that evening. They were able to close the hole temporarily, and the following day installed a new turbine. Contractors are not ever this responsive or customer focused. Ken and his crew are true professionals.'
