Madagascar votes in Presidential elections on the 7th November, with Hery Rajaonarimampianina a frontrunner for reelection. But corruption remains a major complaint. Graft affects every level of society in Madagascar, one of the world's poorest countries which ranks 155 out of 180 on Transparency International corruption perception index.
